Our production process converts EPS waste into a usable recycled material.
01 — Collection
EPS waste is collected from selected sources.
02 — Sorting
The incoming material is inspected and sorted to remove unsuitable materials and unwanted contaminants.
03 — Processing
The selected EPS material is mechanically processed and reduced to the required particle size.
04 — Screening
The processed material is screened to control particle size and achieve a more consistent product.
05 — Quality Inspection
The finished material is inspected according to the required specifications.
06 — Packaging
The processed EPS granules are packed according to the order and customer’s requirements.
07 — Delivery
Orders can be prepared for domestic delivery or international shipment.
